A Student ID card or SSO-KID is required to take online classes. If you are a new graduate student and have not received your SSO-KID, please check the documents listed below and contact the Academic Affairs Section, Student Affairs Division.

To activate your account, you will need your “Student ID card” or “SSO-KID, Registration Code”. Please do not forget your SSO-KID and the password you set.

An activated SSO-KID is required to use the Primary Mail Service.
All messages to students will be sent to the Primary Mail address, so please check it regularly after setting up.

Moodle - Use of Zoom
Zoom will be used for online classes at the School of Design and the Graduate School of Design. Please check the following explanatory materials and set up in advance.

In addition to Zoom as described in 4. above, Teams may be used for online classes in the School of Design and the Graduate School of Design. Please refer to the “Preparation for Online Classes (for students)” page of Moodle, which includes information on how to set up Teams, how to connect to Teams, and a manual for online classes.

An activated SSO-KID is required to use the Student Portal System.
The Student Portal System is mainly used for the following procedures.
・ Subject registration, Checking subjects
・Checking grades
・Checking the class cancellations
・Searching and viewing syllabus (class schedule)
